For one serving, mix 30 g of fruity whey with 300 ml of water in a shaker.

Recommendation

We recommend 1-3 servings of Fruity Whey per day, e.g. after getting up, after or during training or simply in between meals.

Tip

Tastes best when served ice cold. Simply mix and place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.

Keep in mind

For optimal support, consume 1.5 g to 2 g of protein per kg of body weight daily.
